Mekhi Truesdale, 19, an accomplice allegedly robbed a woman, of her phone and money, at gunpoint in October 2020, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Truesdale and an accomplice then carried out another robbery in November of 2020 and stole items like phones, wallets, and keys of a man and woman, authorities reported.
Three men aside from Truesdale pleaded guilty to charges related to the string of robberies, the Attorney's Office said.
Truesdale was arrested after a foot chase in 2021 and pleaded guilty to two counts of armed robber, officials reported.
